Good idea but I want to be unable to reach electrics attached to Mr. Frustrated and a spreader bar doesn't stop me.

use a wee spreader bar from collar to cuffs so you can't reach your gag

I absolutely love it. Turn the volume up and you can hear the timer being set too. The frustration looks superb. I must try an economy version with handcuffs locked to a collar by the timer padlock. Good to see a proper chastity belt too: there aren't enough videos with real belts!

Add some epoxy which sets before dark so you have to choose between risking exposure or risking extreme difficulty getting free.
